A non-refundable security deposit equal to 50% of the event total is required upon booking. The remaining balance must be paid no later than 7 days prior to your event. Failure to pay the remaining balance on time will result in the forfeiture of your deposit and cancellation of your reservation.
Requests to change event dates must be made in writing at least 30 days in advance of the original event date. Approval of date changes is subject to availability and the completion of a new service agreement. If no alternative date is available, the deposit will be forfeited. Cancellation of events will result in a forfeiture of the 50% deposit. No exceptions apply.
